Maya Matheis, PhD, MSW
Director & Founder
Dr. Maya is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience in autism evaluation, neurodiversity-affirming therapy, and caregiver support. She has worked in medical centers, university clinics, and community-based programs, published several peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters on related topics, and collaborates with the University of Hawai’i’s Center on Disability Studies in resesarch. Dr. Maya is especially passionate about serving neurodivergent individuals and their families with warmth, respect, and cultural sensitivity.

Yuji Kim, PhD
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Yuji is a licensed clinical psychologist with an existensive background in neuropsychological assessment and a deep commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in clinical and research settings, with a focus on autism, ADHD, and learning differences. Dr. Yuji brings a thoughtful, strengths-based approach to each evaluation and is dedicated to helping clients better understand themselves through collaborative assessment.

Audrey Sakamoto, EdS, NCSP
Psychometrist & Client Care Coordinator
Audrey is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist with experience in psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessment across school and clinical settings. She has worked extensively with children and adults with autism, ADHD, learning differences, and emotional challenges. Audrey is passionate about using assessment to help individuals and families gain insight, build confidence, and support well-being.

Kelsey Oliver, Ph.D., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Dr. Kelsey Oliver is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Assistant Professor of Special Education at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. With a background in inclusive education, she brings expertise in autism, family support, and evidence-based practices. Dr. Kelsey is passionate about person-centered, strengths-based approaches that promote quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
